cookies
Cookies are generated when you visit this IONOS website. Cookies are files with default settings that are stored on your computer or in your Internet browser after visiting this website. If you visit this website again, the browser you are using sends the information stored in the cookies to the server and can thus make navigation easier for you, for example. Cookies are neither viruses nor malware. They only contain lines of text that are exchanged between the server and the Internet browser.

Types of cookies used on the 1&1 website:
Cookies are classified by origin, purpose or expiry time. The cookies used by 1&1 serve different purposes; their period of validity is variable.

origin

  • First-party cookies: are stored and managed directly by 1&1.
  • Third-party cookies: placed and managed by partners to perform statistical analysis of navigation on the 1&1 site. Of course, these analyzes are only carried out pseudonymously.

purpose

  • Technical cookies: These ensure, among other things, smooth navigation on the website. In addition, access to tools with restricted access is also made possible.
  • Cookies for analysis and advertising purposes: they enable the realization of statistics of the website visitors - these include, for example, the number of visits to different areas of the website, frequency of visits or behavior and habits of users. In this way, the navigation, services and offers of 1&1 as well as the interest-based use of advertising space can be improved. If you click on one of these advertising spaces, cookies can be placed. This enables us to create pseudonymous user profiles in order to provide interest-based advertising.

validity

  • Session cookies: These cookies collect and store data for the duration that the user is on the IONOS website.
  • Persistent cookies: These cookies collect and store data in the browser for a variable period of time depending on the purpose. Special browser settings allow you to accept, block or disable all or some cookies on your device.

Even if your browser settings have been changed to block certain cookies, you can still access the information on our website. However, the operation or use of certain services offered by 1&1 could be restricted.

If you have consented to the use of cookies, you can withdraw this consent at any time. Existing cookies will then be deleted.

Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics. Google Analytics is a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. The information generated by cookies about the use of the website is usually transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google uses this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offering and to provide us with other services related to the use of this online offering and internet usage. We have added the code "anonymizeIP" to Google Analytics. The IP address of the user is thus shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. In exceptional cases, the full IP address will be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The code extension "anonymizeIP" caps the last 8 bits of the user's IP address. By using this extension, only a rough localization of the users is possible. The IP address transmitted by the user's Internet browser is not merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your Internet browser accordingly. It may then not be possible to use all the functions of the website to their full extent. You can prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookies and relating to your use of the online offer and from processing this data by Google by using the browser available under the following link. Download and install the plugin:
http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de. It is also possible to set an opt-out cookie that prevents future collection of your data when you visit our website. Information on integrating an opt-out cookie can be found at:

http://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/gajs/?hl=de#disable. Further information on data use by Google, settings and options to object can be found on the Google websites:https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners/("Use of data by Google when you use our partners' websites or apps"),http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads("Advertising").

Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps to display maps and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By visiting this website, Google receives information that you have accessed the corresponding page. This also happens regardless of whether you have a user account with Google or are currently logged into it. If you are logged into a Google user account while using this website, the data will be assigned directly to your user account. If you do not want this, you must log out before using the service. By using Google Maps, you agree to the collection, processing and use of the automatically collected data and the data you have entered by Google and, if applicable, by third parties. For the Google Maps Terms of Service, see Google Maps Terms of Service. Full details can be found at
http://www.google.de: Transparency and Choice and Privacy Policy. You must exercise your right to object directly to Google. You can deactivate the Google Maps service via your Internet browser settings (deactivation of JavaScript in the browser). It can then no longer be used.

Facebook Social Plugins

Our website does not use any social plugins (“plugins”) from the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”).

Purpose-Restricted Use of Data

We observe the principle of earmarked use of data and collect, process and store your personal data only for the purposes for which you have given it to us. Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent, unless this is necessary for the provision of the service or for the execution of the contract. The transmission to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information also only takes place within the framework of the statutory information obligations or if we are obliged to provide information by a court decision.

We also take our practice-internal data protection very seriously. Our employees and the service companies commissioned by us (e.g. dental laboratory, milling center) have been sworn to secrecy and to compliance with data protection regulations.

Data Erasure and Storage Duration

The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage requirements.

In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is the case when the respective session has ended. If the data is stored in log files (protocol file), this is the case after seven days at the latest. Storage beyond this is possible. In this case, the IP addresses of the users are deleted or alienated so that it is no longer possible to assign the calling client.

How do we protect your personal data?

We implement physical, technical and administrative security measures designed to adequately protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. These security measures include firewalls, data encryption, authorization controls for access to data and are very careful in selecting our server locations. We are committed to securing our systems and services.
In addition, it is your responsibility to check that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. We are not responsible for the protection of personal information that we share with third parties based on a link authorized by you.

Your rights
You have the following rights with regard to your data stored by us:
• Right to rectification and erasure
• Right to information
• Right to restriction of processing
• Right to data portability
• Right to object to processing

In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint State representative for data protection and freedom of information in Berlin.

Right to object

Any data processing based on your consent can be stopped as soon as you withdraw your consent. The revocation must be in writing and can be made at any time and with effect for the future, whereby an e-mail is sufficient.

If you have any questions about the collection, processing or use of your personal data, information, correction, blocking or deletion of data or revocation of consent, please contact: info@talesnik.de
